Hi,all:
I have a problem to support capabilites.

From the page
http://help.eclipse.org/help31/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse. platform.doc.user/reference/ref-activitiespref.htm,
we can see the Capabilites preference page.

We can see Development and Team in the capabilities table, now I'd like to
add my plugin to this table, then I can enable or disable it.
How can i do ? or can you give me some advice ?
I've searched for a long time in the internet, but get nothing.
