I have downloaded Eclipse for Java EE Developers version 3.7 and am wondering if it is possible to install it on a central server so that it can be used across a school campus, with just a shortcut being created in a shared area? Is there a way to also implement the Java JDK via deployment?

Its Server 2003 with XP professional clients. I do not want to give students access to the C drive for their Workspace.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thank you
