gdb crashing when invoked [message #694197]

I cannot get gdb to run on my helios install of eclipse on a 64 bit Vista machine running the 32 bit version of helios and mingw.

I get a windows error message that says APPCRAASH.EXE and asks me to close the program (gdb) or find a solution onlien
