eclipse exit after running a while [message #690092]

I got this new Win7 machine, and downloaded eclipse-cpp-helios-SR2-win32-x86_64.zip.

I can run the eclipse, import project and change files. However, after maybe 10min, exclipse exit with following error message:
"Java was started but returned exit code=1
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe
-Dosgi.requiredJavaVersion=1.5
-Xms40m
-Xmx384m
-XX:MaxPermSize=256m
-jar"

I have latest JRE installed, and pointed to through eclipse.ini.

What could be the issue?
