Are you going to write a scripted datasource against it or do you want a
ODA? If you need a GUI you will want to look into writing an ODA for
BIRT. See these to get yo started:

Hi Jason,
your tutorial is really great. Last night I was able to get a first
prototype working.
Is there interest in having a native (Java, platform-independant) BIRT
plugin for MS Access? I would be willing to donate my version once its
(more) useable. (There might be some legal issues, as I don't think the
third-party libs are already available in Orbit, namely Bouncycastle
might be a problem here)
If no such interest exists I'll spare my time in polishing the plugin.
Greetings

Sascha,
We are always looking for contributions. Once you get this in a state
that you feel like sharing, please open a bug and post the code. Also
post the bug id here and if you do not mind put me on the bug as well or
email me when you have done it. My email is jasonweathersby at
windstream dot net.
