I have a fresh install of Eclipse PDT All in one.

When I write a PHP script, I want to run it straight from eclipse (but not
in internal browser). I want the eclipse to open it in my browser on
localhost server. What should i use, Run or Debug? Should I create a new
server and/or debug preferences for every new project I create in eclipse.
