Existing tasks, artifacts, guidelines, etc; are showing duplicate pairs of Category records. Without making any edits whatsoever, after upgrading to 1.5.1.2, existing records that have Category entries are showing duplicates. Upon clicking on the Preview tab for an item, each Category only displays once in the preview. When you delete one of the paired duplicates, Preview still displays properly.
Consequently this does not appear to be a Critical issue. However when reviewing records modified by others in my organization, it is extremely annoying to see the duplicates. For those records I review, I remove the duplicates.
For example duplicated Disciplines show in tasks. The actual Disciplines list has not changed. Just the categories listed for any particular item type regardless of type (task, work product, etc)
