I would like to edit the Parameters Selection Page to include instructions and a logo. How do I find this. I believe it could be part of the style.css but I do not know how to find and open this file for editing.

I have attached a copy of the Parameter Selection Page that pops up when a parameter is added to the report. What I would like to do is add text with more detailed instruction and format it to match our general web frame.
