Within the Eclipse manifest editor, some headers are presented in boldface
font (e.g. Bundle-Name), whereas others are not. What is the significance
of the boldfacing?

Cameron.

The boldface text indicates an OSGi specified header, attribute, or
directive. All other headers, attributes, or directives are either user
defined or extensions supported by the Equinox Framework. For example,
Eclipse-LazyStart header is not specified by OSGi but is an extension
supported by the Equinox framework.
