Okay, so i'm trying to get started with eclipse, I've set up a project that i'm currently working on, and are now trying to setup the work space in a fitting way.

My project involves PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and MySQL.
I've been going through the settings to get the right syntax coloring and such, but now i want to add jQuery to my project...

I've been googleing for how to do it, but the links i find are broken or i'm unable to download the plugins...

If anyone know what i should do to add jQuery, please let me know...

Also, i would like the default encoding to be set to UTF-8, so when i create a new document, the encoding is UTF-8, and if possible, alert me if a document isn't UTF-8 encoded.

That should be all for now, and thanks.

Edit: one more thing, eclipse doesn't seem to accept a few functions like the string.match() function, do i need to activate/add a list of these somewhere?..

You might find more kindred spirits and better answers to this question
in the Eclipse PDT forum.

Or the ATF forum or the Web Tools (WTP) forum. Those are more geared
towards the JavaScript tooling in Eclipse.
