Persist custom colors in color palette? [message #672069]

I added several custom colors and used them in my report(s). But each time Eclipse is closed and reopened the color dialog no longer has my custom colors. The previously configured reports are fine but the dialog palette is not persisted beyond the session. Is there a way to set the palette permanently?
