Hi there,

maybe you are aware of Code Recommenders "Java Chain Completion for
Eclipse" we blogged about here:

http://code-recommenders.blogspot.com/2010/12/how-do-i-get-i nstance-of.html

and here:

http://code-recommenders.blogspot.com/2011/03/eclipse-code-r ecommenders-02.html

After my visit at JDT team in Zurich (with Markus and Dani) we agreed to
create an implementation that works just with JDT - i.e., w/o any
dependencies to Code Recommenders. I'm happy to announce that we now
have a first prototype ready for download on our HEAD update site.

If you like, please check out the preliminary installation instructions
here:

Your feedback is welcome. This engine is considered to be contributed to
JDT - if the you find it useful. No worries if not :)

Best,
Marcel
