I am installing Eclipse in a classroom/lab environment where different instructors are requesting Eclipse with Java, Android, PHP, and C++ plugins.

I am installing on the Windows 7 32-bit side of dual-boot Windows/Linux quad-core systems and am limited on the amount of space remaining on the hard drive.

My question is what of the Eclipse packages are necessary to install to satisfy all my instructors' needs? Will I need to install all the plugins as I have in the past?

As you fear, there is no Eclipse package that unites all of these
capabilities in one, so you'll have to pick one and use Help -> Install
New Software to get the others.
