IRegistryEventListener added(IExtension[] extensions) gets invoked more than once [message #664177]

I am listening for extensions being added with IRegistryEventListener.

However when I install a plugin the added(IExtension[] extensions) method gets called twice.

If I install another 2 plugins it gets called 6 times.

Any ideas why?

Each plugin defines a single Extension to the Extension Point I'm listening for.
