I saw the Compare Packages page:

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/compare.php

Will the Eclipse JAVA EE IDE version handle both JAVA and PHP ?

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-e e-developers/heliossr1

Or do I need to install the different versions (one Java and the other PHP) ?

Thanks Smile

Yes. There is Eclipse PDT software you should add to Java EE in order to
use PHP (or vice versa--it's up to you). Once installed and running, go
to Help -> Install New Software.

When you install Eclipse, be sure to fix up eclipse.ini to point
directly at a JDK (not merely a JRE) as per
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse.ini .
