i have downloaded eclipse 3.6 Helios release service 2 for
Java swing application development .....in which i need to
do java desktop development in drag and drop controls

i downloaded VE 1.5 (Visual Editor ) and installed it ....

i read from a site whose URL
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/library/os-ecvi sual/

which told me
After installing Visual Editor, you'll find a few new features the next time you create a new Java project.
Suppose you've created a project called VEPExample. If you right-click the project name in the Package Explorer and select New from the context menu, you'll see a new option for creating a Visual Class. Clicking this option will bring up a familiar dialog box with a new name, "Create a new Java Class using the Visual Editor."

but i am not getting option on FILE MENU>NEW> Visual Class

but i am not finding this Visual Class

please help me in this regard

You're best to ask about it on the VE newsgroup and you're probably
better off trying out the visual designer from Google (formerly from
Instantiations when it cost money to use it).
