Hi all, sorry for the newbie question but I've lived in Microsoft land for years. I downloaded Eclipse, looks nice. Was wondering about how to go about creating GUIs for either a Windows Form based app and or a Web app.

Does Eclipse have the concept of a tool box with controls in it that you can drag and drop onto a form and then place them where you like?

Search Google for SWT Designer and GWT Designer, both were excellent
Instantiations' products until Google acquired them last year and
made them available for free.
