Is there ONE toolbar per Perspective or per Eclipse? Customization? [message #655979]

Is there one toolbar per perspective or one toolbar for whole Eclipse?

How can I remove certain sub-toolbars?
I found only a way to hide the full toolbar.

Maybe there is even a way to add/remove toolbar icons?

You want Window>Customize Perspective.
