I'm having a problem where my primary workspace is ignoring any preferences I set. I've set prefs to fix Java code style, key preferences and ant config, but all are ignored, and default behavior ensues. If I return to the preferences dialog, I discover that all my settings are nicely saved there, but not take effect.

If I switch to a difference workspace, the preferences there are respected. I've tried booting up with the -clean parameter with no effect. Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Thanks, Dan

Maybe the primary workspace has project that use project specific settings?

I never did figure this out. Eventually, I just rebuilt my workspace from scratch, which was a pain, but restored my preferences functionality.
