Hello all!
My observations:
- When we double-click on an element in source code Eclipse selects identifier, keyword or code block.
- Then when we quickly enough do third click it extends selection a little bit, most of the time to select whole line (although this depends on what was previously selected by double-clicking).
- When we do fourth click it resets selection.
What would be perfect though is being able to override this behavior to perform "Select Enclosing Element" command on third, fourth, fifth and subsequent clicks.
I understand that I can use "Shift+Alt+Up" for doing that, but I think it would be much better to do it with a mouse. At least why the heck it selects a whole line on the third click? I've never been able to found any use for that. But that's my IMHO, of course.
Anyway, could you share your suggestions for achieving what I described above?

What if you wanted to copy the whole line :) I think this is a pretty
standard text editor behavior.
