Problems running testsuite containing testsuites from other projects [message #652846]

We are converting all our existing JUnit and JUnit Plugin tests to TPTP Junit and TPTP JUnit Plugin tests. We I run the test suites in their individual projects I get all passes. Next I create a testsuite that references all the test suites from all other projects - this is where I am seeing errors - tests that pass fine previously now have Null pointer exceptions, ClassCastExceptions, etc. This is not for all tests - the vast majority are fine - however a few are failing and I can't work out why.

Has anyone else seen this at all?
