I've bundled my Eclipse 4 build with various tools and I do not want to re-install these tools when I move to new Milestone of Eclipse4.
Is there any update site to upgrade Eclipse 4 milestone builds ?

Right now there's only one common repo:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds

Each milestone build will also have a link to its repo off of its build
page. ex:
http://download.eclipse.org/e4/sdk/drops/S-4.1M4a-2010121613 05/repository

Another option to consider: You can install compatible tools from one I
build to another. Simply add the full path in the new install as a
local repo in the Install Dialog. ex:
/<full/path/to/old> /eclipse/p2/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.engine/profileRegistry/SD KProfile.profile

You might have to uncheck "Group Items by Category" to see all the features.
