Hello,
Is there any way to configure the Framework persistent data location in a p2 enabled eclipse product.
My usecase is that i have a product exported to a location, but the configuration location for the product is in some other location. The product is exported to say c:\product and the configuration is set to @user.home/config using
-configuration @user.home/config
When i install my plugin using dropins (basically p2), i get an exception saying that
The framework persistent data location (C:\Documents and Settings\~user~\config) is not the same as the framework configuration location (c:\product\@user.home/config).
Does anybody have any ideas on the exception ? Or is there any way i could configure my framework persistent data location also point to the config location.
