Hello,

I have problems with installing this:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Introduction_to_the_WSDL_Editor

A nice introductory tutorial can be found here, but the source for the repository is hard to find. After a lot of search, I tried this (using Install Manager):

http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates

First I tried to select all, but then, after a lot of waiting, it said, that it cannot solve the dependencies. Then I went on by trying only "Eclipse XML Editors and Tools", it succeed, but it didn't install the WSDL Editor.

How to move on? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Adam

Hi Adam.

This usually depends on what version of eclipse and eclipse package (like WTP) you have installed.

If you have a plain eclipse version then you should install the whole WTP (recommended) package, which includes the WSDL editor.

There is also a collection of handy, downloadable all-in-one zip files available for many interests and platforms. Many people find these all-in-one packages the easiest way to get started.

Link here:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Also, here is a helpful link about WTP:
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/testtutorials/gettingstarted /GettingStarted.html

The WSDL editor itself is included in the Web Services package, you can find more about it here:
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/

Hope this helps,
Ivan
