Adding director parameters during site.p2 [message #645872]

I am successfully creating p2 repositories using perform myfeature#site.p2 but when I try to install the IU through "Intall New Software..." in Eclipse the bundles are getting installed but the features aren't.

After looking around I found a posting that states that you should pass -profileProperties
org.eclipse.install.features=true to the director. How do I do something like this in Buckminster?
