When I start a java prog or jUnit Test (with "run as...") then I need a running, external MySQL/HSQLDB (or other) database server.

Occasionally I forget to start them . How can I tell Eclipse to start these servers automatically if they are not already started?

.... and shut them down automatically when I exit Eclipse?
