Hi,
I have written some abstract ATL rules. The extended rules work just fine if they are situated in the same ALT file as their abstract parent . However, i would like to put them in a seperate file so a different set of developers can maintain/extend them without affecting the abstract rules. Is this possible? I get some errors in the seperate file when i try this as the ATL compiler cannot "connect" them to the parent abstract rule.
Thanks,
Ronan

ATL modules can only import libraries.
Libraries can only contain helpers.
It is therefore impossible to specify rules in different files

See here.
