I have found this problem.
The JDT Content Assist work fine. but if i set my locale to non-English Locale in my machine, and add "-nl en_US" param to my eclipse shortcut. then, Content Assist in JDT doesn't work, anyone could help?

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Eclipse: Eclipse 3.6.1 platform runtime with jdt runtime package.
both x86 & x64 Eclipse on my OS have this issue.

This should not happen. If you can reproduce this then please file a bug
against JDT Text with steps to reproduce.
