What are the possibilities for implementation in Java (Eclipse RCP)? I
don't want to use product as TeamViewer.

What ECF? Or integrate remote desktop to my RCP application (jrDesktop)?

Not sure what you mean by remote control your RCP app. Do you want to
get the UI remoted? E.g. with VNC?
