Is the Library example shown at ESE 2010 available somewhere?

Thanks beforehand,

Christophe

Good point, thanks for the reminder!

I added the slides and the library example to our site, you can find it
linked at http://www.eclipse.org/graphiti/documentation/

I've just downloaded the Library Example from the given link. It seems that there are some classes missing (?) to make the example work.

Hello,

Download the 'org.eclipse.graphiti.examples.common' plugin and include it in your run configurations for the library example. You would then find the option to create a new graphiti diagram in the 'File->New->Other->Examples->Graphiti' option.

Sorry, maybe I should have been more precisely. The library diagram example doesn't contain any create features. So its not possible to draw any shapes within the diagram. After adding some create features everything worked perfect.

In the demo I used drag&drop to add existing stuff to a diagram. That's why
there is no create feature.

You can drag&drop the library model file (ClassicsLibrary.lib contained in
the runtime workspace) onto the diagram.

Hi,
I just downloaded the library example, and added the graphiti.example.common like mentioned earlier, however when I run as application, it just opens resource and doesnt do anything. I am still learning Eclipse, so would appreciate a more detailed guide on how to run the example please.

Thanks in advance.

I have updated the zip file with a ReadMe file describing how to proceed
with the example.

HTH,
Michael
