Hi,

when did the people in charge of the projects took the last time on the following pages?

----
http://www.eclipse.org/home/categories/index.php?category=mo deling

First topic "MDT UML2Tools: New Features in Ganymede Release" .. in fact MDT UML2Tools is at the moment not available for Helios, Ganymede was 2008
This paged is linked on the eclipse homepage under
"Explore the Eclipse universe ..."

next
----
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/

In the list of projects you find "EODM" if you klick on it you are lucky cause on the right the latest news entry tell you
"The EODM component has been terminated ..:" this news entry is from the Oct 8th, 2008 ...

next
---
Compare
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php
to
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/

The topic is model but it seems the homepage itself do not use any of them

Why is this the case?
Are there plan's to improve this?
Am I the only one who finds this annoying?

It's a little dated hey...

Because it's a lot of work to keep a website up-to-date and developers
like to spend their time developing code rather than maintaining websites.

Yes, I'm hoping to have some time to spend on this as well as to get
some help, but to be honest, I'd rather be coding...

No, everyone finds it annoying. But complaints don't fix the problem
and there isn't a copious supply of money to simply pay someone to make
it all wonderful. It's free open source after all so we don't get a
penny per download or anything useful like that.
