How to make a manual entry appear when you hover over a function? [message #633393]

Hi,

Whenever I hover over a PHP function (e.g. trim() or strrpos() etc.) all I get in the pop-up balloon is "Occurrence of <function-name>". Could anyone tell me how to make complete manual entries with parameter list, description etc. of functions show there?
