which license applies to BIRT runtime?

Is it Eclipse software license?
Under BIRT runtime about-files, there is a file called license.txt which is apache license.

BIRT source code is required to ship with product distribution like GPL?

Thanks,
Dave

Dave,

BIRT itself is EPL, but there are some dependencies on other licenses as
well:
