With some delay due to build server and build issues we have just created
and published the second release candidate for our
upcoming 0.7.0 release For details on the download links please have a look
onto our downloads page:
http://www.eclipse.org/graphiti/download.php

One known issue is that the update site and archives do not contain the
sources for the framework. We are working on this issue and try to resolve
it as fast as possible.
