Hi Saad,
We don't provide any ant task out of the box to call EMF Compare.
However, we do provide a "standalone" sample code to call for the
comparison. Creating an ant task would be a matter of converting this
code to a subclass of "org.apache.tools.ant.Task".
The sample code I mention can be found on CVS (viewcvs link :

Our roadmap does not hold room for providing this ant task in the main
EMF Compare package ... But if you do code it and end up with something
you'd like to share, do not hesitate to attach the Task to a bugzilla
against EMF/Compare ; we do take time to review (and include) community
contributions.
