Skype plugin does not work? [message #619805]

I'm having difficulty getting the Skype plug-in to work.

What happens ... I see Skype in the ECF dropdown list. I click on it.
Nothing happens. When I look in Skype at

Tools--Options--Advanced--Manage Other Programs Access to Skype

I see a screen with a dimmed Change button, a dimmed Remove button, and a
live OK button.

I have Skype 3.6.0.216 and Eclipse 3.4M3 with latest ECF 1.2. I have
removed/reinstalled Eclipse/ECF with no resolution to this problem. Has
anyone seen anything similar?
