What need to be done to get VEP in Europa [message #615207]

I have checked out the VEP projects, someone needs to confirm if I got
the right one. From what I see, there seems to be 4 streams.

1. org.eclipse.ve*
2. ve10-*
3. ve-all
4. ve-dev-*

Wish one should I've gotten.

How do I use the emf.ecore utility to get the
org.eclipse.emf.ecore.generated_package extension OR do we wish to
deprecate this?
