Eclipse User

Hi, I am having difficulties creating a jToolBar inside a jFrame. The
toolbar is created but I cannot add buttons to it. The source code for the
buttons appears ok but they are not visible on the toolbar itself. I am
using Eclipse3.2 in WinXP.
Also the toolbar does not have a layout property in the properties panel.
Any suggestions?
