I have recently download the VE plug in on my laptop and was wanting to
play around with it but I can't figure out how to view/run the VE. I
guess the first question that I should ask is... Is the VE project
designed to be a drag and drop GUI builder? If so is there an
documentation or tutorial available on the web for the VE?
