how to launch the visual editor [message #613521]

Hi all,

I am a new comer to Eclipse. I have installed the
eclipse-SDK-3.1.2_win32.zip and VE-runtime_1.2.zip in my windows
workstation.

I have checked that under "Help->About Eclipse SDK->Plug-in Details-", I
could find "Visual Editor" and "Visual Editor for Java User Guide"

But I cannot launch the visual editor to allow me to "draw" the layout of
my screen.

Could anyone help me ?
