Is it possible to use eclipse visual editor in the same way of delphi?

For example in delphi I put (visually) a database object in the form, I
put (also visually) a table and a dataset object, than I insert a grid
(a listbox, a combo, and editbox...) and I link to the right dataset.
With a few action the application work.
Can I do the same with eclipse and VE ?
