Unzipped VE files in the same folder where eclipse is

Ran eclipse

Create a Java project

file -> new -> Visual Class???

Well, I can`t see the visual class option. I can't see nowhere VE hues in
the eclipse environment. Only help files are there, but I can't figure out
how to get VE working.
Please Help!
