We have discovered a conflict with the WTP 0.7 Dynamic Web Project and VE.

We've turned it over to WTP to evaluate and see what can be done.

The problem is you can't open a VE class within a Dynamic Web Project.
The workaround for now is to create the class in a standard Java project.
