I have seen many plugins in which u can see its own jar file added into its classpath

for example

org.junit

contains
META-INF
about.html
junit.jar<<<<<<<
plugin.properties

the junit jar is added in the classpath in MANIFEST.MF

Is there any advantage in doing this and if there is any how can i achive it????
