Hi,
The issue is I dont know what user will select. The number of options given on first page is dynamic. I at design time does not put the contols in second page.
I have to add new controls in the second page.
I hope I am able to make the problem clear.

In one of the post I found createPageControls can be used to delay the creation of the page. Do you have any sample of this? I am not very sure whether this could help me or not.

Please suggest some solution as its very critical.
