Hi,
i am currently working on new components for EMP.GMT.MoDisco project.
Some Operations available from PDE components would fit our needs :
'NewProjectCreationOperation' or 'ConvertProjectToPluginOperation' class
from
'org.eclipse.pde.ui'.
Our need is to create a new Java plugin project. We can then configuring
the project with an additional project nature. I tried to reuse the PDE
operations and it works fine.
...But these operations are 'internal' in 'org.eclipse.pde.ui' component.
Would it not be a wishable evolution to make these operations public ?
Did anyone else ask to reuse these operations outside of the PDE ?
