Hi I'm developing two sets of plugins one that is dependent on an external
feature (Aptana) and one that doesn't depend on it.

I would like to create only one update site, and then depending on whether
the user has installed the external feature I will install one set of
plugins or the other.

Also I want to point out that I don't want to (or can't) force the
installation of the externl feature, that must be upto the user to decide.

Thanks in advance for any info you could share.
