XML schema support is in the 'Web Standard Tools' subproject scope. About
XML tools in WTP : some code has already been put into CVS for XML source
edition. And be sure that XML schema support will be also on our path !

Now that WTP has been created, this give us opportunities to merge efforts
(as IBM has also contributed an editor for schema) and to build more
elements.

Tell me what you think about that great forces merging.
