Hi,

Please make SWT, Workbench and JFace available outside Eclipse.
or....lets call it E-RE ( Eclipse Runtime Engine )
Every time i need to update my workbench and swt library, i need to
download the full set SDK and not for one platform only but 3 of them!
this really killing because i only got a 50.6k internet line!

Please create something like JRE.
