Feature uninstall popup menu item is disabled [message #584637]

Hi

Eclipse 3.2.2
right click on a feaure in Manage Configurations dialog, shows the popup
menu with only Disable, Replace With, Properties enabled. Why is
uninstall item is inactive. any reason ? no errors reported and feature
status from Properties says "This feature is configured properly".

Tried starting Eclipse with -clean option as well.
